Designed in the modern Zen style, guests can savour fresh sashimi, exquisite sushi, mouth-watering robatayaki dishes, teppanyaki, tempura, and other traditional Japanese favourites. The culinary team prides itself on serving only the freshest and premium quality ingredients imported directly from Japan.

Depending on your mood, choose to sit at the sushi bars, tepanyaki, robatayaki or tempura sections where you can witness the chefs’ culinary skills or opt for private space in one of the four private rooms, mainly catered for intimate occasions or corporate functions. To enhance the luxurious dining experience, Hotaru also features an extensive selection of premium sake from boutique distilleries, and more than 40 labels of shochu and umeshu for your indulgence.
